Doctor Shiokara was a mad scientist from one universe who was obsessed with squids.
After taking over the island lair formerly used by Captain Iguanodon, he created a number of artificially-grown giant squids with which he attacked the waterfront of the city inhabited by Jenny Everywhere. Jenny defeated his squids and followed him back to the island.
