“The Restaurant” was an interdimensional restaurant operated by and for Jenny Everywhere across a variety of incarnations.
The chef was a Jenny herself, and there were no menus needed for orders, as she would simply read the client-Jennies' minds to figure out what they had decided on. The Restaurant could be accessed from any city by Jenny if she was looking for it.
