In one dimension, Rudy was the leader of one of the four battalions the Master's genetically-engineered Drag-Racing Monkey, the “Rood Boyz”. Rudy wore a ragged fedora, and, resumably due to imperfection in the Master's genetic engineering, he had a single cyclopean eye in the middle of his forehead.
