The scientist inhabited a gothic storm-beaten laboratory-castle, which also appeared to be the residence of his universe's version of Jenny Everywhere. Apparently sweet on her (though it's unclear if this was reciprocated), he genetically engineered the Gumbie Cat Jenny Anydots to gift to her on Valentine's Day; Jenny was unimpressed with his decision to name the feline after her.
