When Pessimist-242 and Larrikin-1029 materialised in the Workshop of Madame Tarsa, the Toymaker herself was working on a new marionette, which was outfitted with a jester-like costume but was otherwise very similar to the Sheriff of Wild West Town.

Apparently controlled directly by Tarsa's will, the marionette spoke to the two Cupids first before they noticed the strings holding her up and realised Tarsa herself was present. However, the marionette may have possessed some degree of individuality even then, as many of Tarsa's toys were known to, as it spoke in its own voice and referred to Tarsa in the third person. However, it became inanimate once Tarsa took over its half of the conversation. It shrank alongside Tarsa when she put herself to scale with the Cupids, enabling Larrikin to use it as a projectile in the subsequent fight; one of its arms broke off after it missed its target, which angered Tarsa immensely.
