The Triple Towers of Neo New York were one of the locations which, in the Collapsed Cosmos, had been erased from normal history, only to be snatched from oblivion by the Archons to be integrated into the Redoubt, their infinite city at the End of Time. It was left unclear why Neo New York was newer than New York.
