The [[Queen of the Black Market]] eventually gave it to the [[Wellsian]] [[Skollops ag-Warka]] (to give to [[Radluhac ag-Wampyr]] as an [[Allac-Ur]] present) in exchange for Skollops surrendering some information about [[the Clown Emperor]].
