The '''Witch of the Blue Hills''' was a powerful and malevolent witch native to the [[Universe E (Paying It Forward)|pseudo-medieval, magical world]] of [[Genevieve, Princess of Everywhere|Princess Genevieve of Everywhere]], a Disney-Princess-like incarnation of [[Jenny Everywhere]]. 

The Witch had an army of [[dog-monkey]]s at her command, as well as the [[Centaur of the Crossroads]]. Genevieve's companion and love interest [[Prince Guy]] once attempted to attack the Witch in her tower, but although he succeeded in defeating the dog-monkeys and Centaur, when he got close to the tower, the Witch tossed potions at him and his steed, which transformed them both into pigs (albeit, in the Prince's case, a talking pig). To remedy the situation, Genevieve set out across the dimensions in her [[dream spinner]] looking for the dreamland inhabited by the powerful wizard [[Mordorak of the Nine Noses]], who she believed could reverse the enchantment.
