The series focuses on the adventures of two titular characters, [[Gwenna (Reality Z-25 31-H)|Gwenna]] and her husband, [[Kaza (Reality Z-25 31-H)|Kaza]], who are the reimagined versions of two public-domain Golden Age comic “jungle hero” characters. Crossovers eventually established that the comic shared [[Reality Z-25 31-H|a universe]] with [[Paul Hoppe]]'s [[The Cosmic Beholder (series)|''Cosmic Beholder'' series]]. All the superheroes at the [[Fortress of Evening]] hurry over but discover that the retired minions have already subdued the intruders, who were not the vampire gangsters they appeared to be - just two ordinary gangsters who worked for vampires. The Odds drop off the aspiring villains at the nearest police station and go home.
