The series was a satire about the daily goings-on of a retail store, inspired by the author's own day job and starring the characters of [[Penny (Paper or Plastic)|Penny Cash]] and [[Jeff (Paper or Plastic)|Jeff O'Donnell]], among others. In 2010, a [[Paper or Plastic Bonus Strip (comic story)|Bonus Strip]] of the series was contributed by Cooper to [[Jenny Everywhere Day#2010|Jenny Everywhere Day]].
